The School Proximity Factor
For families with school-age children, the morning school run determines your quality of life more than any facility or design feature. Projects in Subang Jaya and Cheras have the densest school access across Chinese, Malay, Tamil, and international streams. Mont Kiara dominates for international schools. KL North is growing but thinner on school options.
